Sometimes the answer is no medicine.
The fee buys the assessment and the reading of your results, not a prescription. If your panel says treatment is not right for you, your doctor will say so — and we would rather tell you that than take your money for something you do not need.
After you pay
- We confirm the payment, usually the same day.
- You get an email with a link to choose your time.
- Thirty minutes with your physician, by video, from anywhere.
Your laboratory panel and any medicines are paid directly to the laboratory or the pharmacy — never to us, and never marked up.
